Project: Development of Non-Financial Services Product for SMEs

Project Summary:

In late 2013 Inspired Solutions won a competitive tender to contract with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) to develop a Non-Financial Services (NFS) product for SMEs. The NFS product would be developed and deployed in individual banks throughout the Middle East.

The NFS product consists of services aimed at increasing the internal capacity and loyalty of banks’ SME clients and helping to differentiate the bank from its competitors. For example a bank could design and host an “entrepreneurs club” for networking and educational purposes for its SME clients.

Inspired Solutions will support the implementation, monitoring and review of this product in existing IFC bank clients in the countries of Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Palestine, and Jordan.
