Project: Credit Product Development

Project Summary:

Inspired Solutions was hired via a competitive bid process to provide credit product development support to Bank Muscat’s private banking segment.

We designed several products and the support processes for the sales, analysis, approval, and monitoring functions.

The credit product norms were drafted and submitted to Bank Muscat’s central risk and marketing departments for review and approval.

In addition, we held training for the segment’s relationship managers and back office. Finally we ensured alignment between the product characteristics and credit norms with the Central Bank of Oman’s requirements.
